Our in-home and community support services include: –
- Home-related services:
This includes assistance in activities like cooking, doing the laundry, cleaning the house, vacuuming the floor and other basic household chores. Our community support program ensures that you get the in-home care you need.
- Personal care related services:
This includes things like providing assistance in bathing, showering, taking medications, and so on. Our community support worker also makes sure that they take care of the participant’s nutrition and make sure they are not deprived of nutrients.
- Clinical aid related services:
This includes continence and wound management. Our community support worker program makes sure that we train the workers to take care of the clinical needs of the participant. They also help provide access to other allied health services like podiatry, occupational health, and so on
- Companionship related services:
The support workers help in things like social activities, attending social support groups, interacting with society, transportation, and other activities that avoid the participant from feeling lonely. The community support worker’s mental health is also looked after under this program.
